Our specialist internal service team ensures prompt and regular delivery of your standard orders. Only a phone call away, they can assist you with any queries you may have, from varying your order, to increasing your linen requirements or trying a new product. Our internal customer service team is dedicated to providing you with a level of service you have not yet experienced - unless of course you are already a Princes customer!

To ensure that all customer feedback is treated with the care it deserves, our documented service actions and customer service reports take priority with everyone involved in Princes service provision, from one of our many experienced linen folders to the Plant Manager. Our customer service representatives have a clear service focus.
